Building Supervisor - Property Maintenance & Facilities Management

• Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of our properties, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
• Plan and coordinate maintenance schedules, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
• Manage contracts with vendors, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards.
• Monitor the performance of our maintenance team, ensuring that they are trained and equipped to handle any challenges that may arise.
• Ensure that all maintenance work is completed in accordance with industry regulations and best practices.
• Work closely with our property managers and other stakeholders to ensure that all maintenance tasks are completed on time and to the highest standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in property maintenance and facilities management, with a focus on residential and commercial properties.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and supervising maintenance teams.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and best practices in property maintenance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to plan and coordinate complex maintenance projects.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for travel between properties.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
