📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the hotel's IT systems, including network, hardware, and software.
• Provide technical support to hotel staff, ensuring that all technology needs are met.
• Monitor and maintain the hotel's security systems, including CCTV and access control.
• Work with the IT team to implement new technologies and systems to enhance guest experience.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant IT policies and procedures.
• Provide training and support to hotel staff on the use of IT systems and software.
• Manage and maintain the hotel's website and online booking systems.
• Oversee the hotel's data backup and recovery procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support or a related role in the hospitality industry.
• Certifications in IT support, networking, or a related field are a plus.
• Proficient in using IT support software such as ServiceNow, Jira, or similar.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with hotel management software such as PMS (Property Management System) is a plus.
