📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee the daily operations of nursing services across multiple facilities in Bali.
- Manage and mentor a team of registered nurses and nursing assistants.
- Ensure compliance with nursing standards, protocols, and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient care and outcomes.
- Coordinate with facility managers and healthcare providers to address patient needs.
- Monitor staff performance and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
- Ensure that all nursing documentation is accurate and up-to-date.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in nursing leadership roles.
- Certification as a Registered Nurse (RN) or equivalent.
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems such as Epic or Cerner.
