🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in HR operations, with a focus on payroll and compensation management.
• Strong knowledge of payroll and compensation processes, including local regulations and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in using SAP SuccessFactors and ADP for payroll management.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
