📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide exceptional support to Mandarin-speaking clients, ensuring smooth communication and operational efficiency.
• Assist in the coordination of gaming events and tournaments, working closely with the event management team.
• Translate and interpret documents, emails, and communications between Mandarin and English as needed.
• Assist in the development and implementation of business strategies to support the growth of our gaming projects.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and business transactions.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns targeting Mandarin-speaking audiences.
• Stay informed about industry trends and developments, and provide insights and recommendations to the team.
• Assist in the organization and execution of team meetings, ensuring all team members are informed and engaged.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Fluent in both Mandarin and English, with excellent communication skills in both languages.
• Proven experience in a business support or client services role, preferably in the gaming industry.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with event management and coordination is a plus.
