📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, including espresso-based beverages, specialty drinks, and other hot and cold beverages.
• Maintain and clean all coffee equipment to ensure optimal performance and hygiene standards.
• Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that every customer has a positive experience.
• Work collaboratively with the team to create and execute daily specials and promotions.
• Stay updated with the latest coffee trends and techniques to continuously improve the quality of our offerings.
• Assist in training new staff members to ensure consistent quality and service standards.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the Coffee Shop.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Barista in a professional coffee shop setting.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, including espresso, drip, and specialty drinks.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with coffee equipment and tools, such as espresso machines, grinders, and steam wands.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
• Certification in coffee brewing (e.g., SCA, Q Grader) is a plus.
• Passionate about coffee and committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
