📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide expert guidance on ACA compliance, benefits administration, and open enrollment processes
• Assist clients with onboarding and implementation of benefits programs
• Conduct regular reviews and updates to ensure benefits programs meet client needs
• Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting to address client concerns
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR and employee benefits
• Collaborate with the team to deliver high-quality solutions and support to clients
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our services and processes

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR and employee benefits, with a focus on ACA compliance
• Proven expertise in benefits administration and open enrollment processes
• Strong understanding of HRIS and benefits administration software, such as ADP, BambooHR, or Workday
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships
• Certifications such as PHR, SPHR, or CHRP are a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
