📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Operate and maintain laser cutting machines to ensure high precision and quality in metal and plastic parts production.
• Set up and calibrate machines according to job specifications and safety protocols.
• Monitor production output and quality, identifying and resolving any issues promptly.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
• Collaborate with the production team to meet daily and weekly production targets.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency.
• Assist in troubleshooting machine malfunctions and performing routine maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Laser Cutting Machine Operator or similar role.
• Familiarity with laser cutting machines, including brands like Trumpf, Amada, or Trotec.
• Knowledge of CAD/CAM software such as Mastercam, Fusion 360, or AutoCAD.
• Understanding of metal and plastic materials, including their properties and processing techniques.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a team and follow safety protocols.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to job sites.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field is a plus.
