📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and deliver training programs that align with Hilton's global standards and local market needs.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop customized solutions.
• Create and manage e-learning modules using platforms like Moodle or Articulate 360.
• Conduct workshops, seminars, and coaching sessions to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs using data analytics tools.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Certification in instructional design or a related field is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of learning management systems and e-learning platforms.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to analyze data and use it to drive decision-making.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing effective training programs.
