📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficiency and productivity.,Manage and supervise a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance and support.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth logistics operations.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records.,Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures in the warehouse.,Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise within the warehouse team.,Ensure that all warehouse activities are carried out in accordance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within a warehouse or logistics environment.,Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and software.,Proven ability to manage and motivate a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the workplace.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
