📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Plan and deliver engaging and inclusive lessons tailored to the individual needs of students with special needs.,Assess student progress and provide regular feedback to parents and guardians.,Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and support staff to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.,Implement and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and Behavior Support Plans (BSPs).,Promote a positive and inclusive school culture that celebrates diversity and individuality.,Participate in school-wide events and activities to support the overall development of students with special needs.,Stay up-to-date with best practices in special education and attend relevant training and professional development opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Special Education, or a related field.,Valid teaching certification or license in Indonesia.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in teaching students with special needs.,Strong knowledge of special education principles, strategies, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of professionals.,Fluent in Indonesian and English (both spoken and written).,Passion for making a positive impact on the lives of children with special needs.
