📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage all logistics operations, including inventory management, warehouse operations, and transportation logistics.,Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.,Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and third-party logistics providers to ensure timely delivery of goods.,Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in the logistics industry.,Lead and mentor a team of logistics coordinators and staff.,Handle and resolve any logistics-related issues or challenges that may arise.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of logistics software and systems, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.,Proven track record of successfully managing logistics operations and teams.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian logistics regulations and standards is a plus.
