📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Achieve sales targets and quotas through effective sales strategies and techniques.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Provide expert product knowledge and guidance to clients to help them make informed purchasing decisions.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive in the market.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or a related field.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding performance expectations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and build strong relationships.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills to close deals and drive revenue growth.
  • Proficiency in using sales tools and software, such as CRM systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
