📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, service, and cleanliness.,Manage and mentor a team of staff to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain high standards of food hygiene.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and control costs to ensure profitability and operational efficiency.,Ensure that all staff are trained and equipped to deliver exceptional service.,Resolve customer complaints and maintain a positive dining environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.,Proven track record of success in managing a team and driving customer satisfaction.,Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.,Knowledge of Indonesian cuisine and culinary trends is a plus.
