PT Pratama Karya is seeking a dedicated and experienced Fleet Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating our fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition and efficiently utilized. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to contribute to a growing company from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are maintained and utilized efficiently.,Oversee vehicle maintenance schedules, including oil changes, tire rotations, and other routine services.,Monitor vehicle performance and fuel consumption to identify areas for improvement.,Coordinate with drivers and other departments to ensure smooth vehicle operations.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and performance.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies regarding vehicle use.,Assist in the procurement of new vehicles and equipment as needed.,Provide support to the logistics team in planning and executing transportation operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.,Proficiency in using fleet management software and other relevant tools.,Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
