WAVE Nusantara is looking for a dedicated Operations Staff to join our team. This is an urgent opening, so we need someone who can start immediately. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations and a passion for delivering excellent service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow,Oversee inventory management and procurement processes,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods,Monitor and maintain equipment and facilities to ensure they are in good working condition,Develop and implement operational procedures and protocols,Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement,Provide training and support to staff to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations management or a similar role,Strong knowledge of inventory management and procurement processes,Excellent organizational and time management skills,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
