📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including inventory management, order processing, and delivery coordination.
- Conduct regular facility inspections and maintenance to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to warehouse efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and implement process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and regulations.
- Assist in the development and implementation of warehouse management systems and processes.
- Provide support to the operations team during peak periods and special events.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and training programs.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or a similar role.
- Familiarity with warehouse management software, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
