📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and mentor a team of sales assistants to ensure they meet sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.,Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.,Organize and participate in trade shows, events, and promotions to showcase our products.,Ensure all sales transactions are processed accurately and efficiently.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to inform sales strategies.,Assist in the development and implementation of sales training programs for the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the fashion industry.,Strong knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using sales software and CRM systems.,Fluent in English and Indonesian.,Previous experience in a leadership or management role is a plus.
