📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the financial operations of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.,Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards.,Lead and mentor the finance team, providing guidance and support.,Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.,Manage relationships with external auditors and financial advisors.,Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth.,Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll and other financial transactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance leadership role.,Strong knowledge of financial regulations and standards.,Proficient in financial software and tools.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
