📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise a team of data entry staff to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.,Review and verify data entries to maintain high standards of quality.,Develop and implement data entry procedures and protocols.,Monitor data entry processes to identify areas for improvement.,Train and mentor junior staff on data entry best practices.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure data consistency and accuracy.,Generate reports on data entry performance and provide recommendations for improvement.,Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in data entry or a related role.,Proven track record of managing and supervising a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Knowledge of data entry software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
