As a key member of our interior design and construction group, you will play a pivotal role in transforming creative concepts into detailed, accurate drawings and cost-effective solutions. Located in the vibrant city of Canggu, you'll have the opportunity to work on diverse projects that range from residential to commercial spaces, contributing to the vibrant architectural landscape of Bali.

In this role, you'll be responsible for creating detailed interior drawings using industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit. You'll collaborate closely with architects, designers, and contractors to ensure that every project meets our high-quality standards. Additionally, you'll be tasked with estimating material costs and labor, providing accurate and competitive quotes to our clients. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create detailed and accurate interior drawings using AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit.
Collaborate with architects, designers, and contractors to ensure project accuracy and adherence to specifications.
Estimate material costs and labor to provide competitive and accurate quotes to clients.
Conduct site visits and measurements to ensure drawings reflect the actual project requirements.
Review and approve construction documents to ensure compliance with building codes and standards.
Provide technical support and guidance to junior staff members.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends, software, and materials to maintain a competitive edge.
Maintain and organize project files and records for future reference.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in interior drafting and estimating.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit.
Strong understanding of building codes, materials, and construction techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with project management software such as Procore or PlanGrid is a plus.
Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as required.
