Accor Sejahtera is looking for a dynamic and experienced Warehouse Manager to join our team in Sunter, Jakarta Raya. This is a hybrid role, combining office and warehouse responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory management, and maintaining high standards of quality control.

In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth supply chain operations. You will be expected to implement and enforce safety protocols, manage staff, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, and shipping of goods.
  • Ensure accurate and efficient inventory management, including conducting regular stock counts and reconciling discrepancies.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Manage and mentor warehouse staff, providing training and development opportunities.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
  • Monitor and analyze warehouse performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including health and safety, environmental, and quality standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency and productivity.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proven ability to manage and mentor staff, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Familiarity with safety protocols and compliance regulations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Fluency in English and Indonesian.
