📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees and ensure smooth operation of IT systems.,Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software.,Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for users.,Monitor and maintain network infrastructure and security.,Assist with data backup and recovery processes.,Stay updated with the latest IT trends and technologies.,Provide training and documentation for users and colleagues.,Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure system reliability and performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux).,Proficiency in network protocols and troubleshooting.,Experience with IT support tools and software (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira).,Good communication and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with cloud services and virtualization technologies is a plus.
