Manage the recruitment and selection process for new hires,Advising management on HR policies and procedures,Oversee employee benefits and compensation,Facilitate employee training and development programs,Handle employee relations and conflict resolution,Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations,Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records,Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using HR management software,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Certification in HR management is a plus🛠️ Keahlian
