📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet guests and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.,Answer and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments.,Manage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently.,Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations.,Handle front desk operations such as mail and package delivery.,Assist with event and meeting arrangements as needed.,Ensure the front desk area is clean and organized at all times.,Provide general information about the hotel and its amenities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Proficiency in using office software and computer systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with hotel or hospitality industry is a plus.,Fluent in Indonesian and English is a plus.
