Apotek Krisna Sate is looking for a dedicated and experienced Deputy Tutor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the main tutor in delivering high-quality education and training to our students. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the main tutor in planning and delivering educational programs and training sessions.,Monitor student progress and provide feedback to ensure they are meeting learning objectives.,Develop and implement supplementary teaching materials and resources to enhance the learning experience.,Conduct assessments and evaluations to measure student performance and identify areas for improvement.,Collaborate with the main tutor and other team members to create a supportive and engaging learning environment.,Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and progress.,Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of our educational programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, related field, or equivalent experience.,Minimum of 2 years of experience as a tutor or educator in a similar capacity.,Strong knowledge of the Indonesian education system and curriculum.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Fluency in both Indonesian and English languages.,Valid teaching certification or license, if required.
