📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive product adoption and increase market share.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key retailers and customers.
• Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for retailers.
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
• Attend trade shows and industry events to promote Jotun's products.
• Provide expert advice on product selection and application techniques.
• Ensure retailers have adequate stock levels of Jotun's paints.
• Collect and analyze market intelligence to identify opportunities for growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, retail, or a similar role in the decorative paints industry.
• Strong understanding of the retail landscape and customer needs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce.
• Certification in retail sales or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Indonesian.
• Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for travel.
