Answering and resolving customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.,Processing customer orders and transactions accurately and efficiently.,Maintaining and updating customer records and databases.,Providing product and service information to customers.,Handling customer complaints and resolving issues to the customer's satisfaction.,Following up with customers to ensure their needs are met and their satisfaction is maintained.,Assisting with the development and implementation of customer service strategies and programs.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.,Proficiency in using computer software, including Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian is required; English proficiency is a plus.🛠️ Keahlian
