Tech Shop Berjaya is looking for an experienced Assistant Department Head to join our team in Blitar. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the Department Head in managing and leading the department. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Department Head in managing and leading the department.,Support the implementation of departmental strategies and objectives.,Coordinate and oversee day-to-day departmental operations.,Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of departmental staff.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Provide administrative support to the Department Head.,Assist in the preparation of departmental reports and presentations.,Support the Department Head in representing the company at internal and external meetings.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.,Proven experience in managing and leading teams.,Strong organizational and administrative skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with HRIS and other HR management systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
