📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the entire healthcare billing and administration process,Ensure accurate and timely processing of patient invoices and payments,Coordinate with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and other stakeholders to resolve billing issues,Monitor and improve billing processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy,Maintain and update billing software and systems,Provide training and support to billing staff,Ensure compliance with healthcare billing regulations and standards,Generate and analyze billing reports to identify trends and areas for improvement

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare billing and administration,Strong knowledge of healthcare billing regulations and standards,Proven track record of managing billing processes and improving efficiency,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,Proficiency in using healthcare billing software and systems,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
