📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Develop and manage samples for new and existing products.
• Ensure that samples meet quality and design standards.
• Coordinate with designers, manufacturers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely sample production.
• Provide feedback on samples to improve product quality and design.
• Maintain accurate records of samples and their development process.
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality and adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Assist in the development of new product lines and trends.
• Stay updated with the latest fashion trends and industry developments.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or a related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sample development or a related role in the fashion industry.
• Strong knowledge of fashion design principles and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and SketchUp.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards.
