📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage service.,Ensure that the restaurant meets health and safety standards, as well as local regulations and guidelines.,Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract and retain customers.,Train and develop restaurant staff to ensure high levels of customer service and food quality.,Monitor sales and financial performance, and make data-driven decisions to improve profitability.,Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment, including tables, restrooms, and kitchen areas.,Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.,Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement and human resources, to ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

A minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a similar establishment.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.,Knowledge of food and beverage service, as well as health and safety regulations.,Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial management.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,A passion for food and a commitment to providing exceptional dining experiences.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.,A valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for business use.
