📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage day-to-day store operations, including inventory control, staff scheduling, and sales tracking.,Ensure the store is well-stocked and organized to meet customer demands.,Train and develop store staff to enhance their performance and customer service skills.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction.,Conduct regular store audits to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote sales and special offers.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all store transactions and activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management or assistant store manager role.,Strong knowledge of retail operations and customer service best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using retail management software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with e-commerce and online retail is a plus.,Good understanding of Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior.
