📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of the assigned area
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Lead and mentor a team of area managers
  • Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve
  • Maintain high standards of food quality and customer service
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
  • Conduct regular staff training and development
  • Prepare and present regular reports to senior management

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel Management, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the food service industry
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and growing a team
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
