As a Benefits Specialist at Workstream, you'll handle everything from client onboarding to ongoing support, ensuring that our clients' benefits programs run smoothly. You'll work closely with clients to understand their needs, implement their benefits strategies, and provide ongoing support to ensure compliance and efficiency. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Provide expert guidance on ACA compliance, benefits administration, and open enrollment processes
- Assist clients with onboarding and implementation of benefits programs
- Conduct regular reviews and updates to ensure benefits programs meet client needs
- Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting to address client concerns
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR and employee benefits
- Collaborate with the team to deliver high-quality solutions and support to clients
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our services and processes
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR and employee benefits, with a focus on ACA compliance
- Proven expertise in benefits administration and open enrollment processes
- Strong understanding of HRIS and benefits administration software, such as ADP, BambooHR, or Workday
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships
- Certifications such as PHR, SPHR, or CHRP are a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
