As an Assistant Banquet Staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our banquet events run smoothly and exceed our guests' expectations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning and coordination of banquet events, including setting up event spaces, managing guest lists, and coordinating with vendors.,Provide excellent customer service to guests, ensuring their needs and preferences are met throughout the event.,Assist in the preparation and execution of food and beverage services, including managing inventory and ensuring timely delivery.,Work closely with the Banquet Manager to ensure all event details are accurately documented and reported.,Maintain a clean and organized event space, including tables, chairs, and other equipment.,Assist in the cleanup and reset of the event space after the event has concluded.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve event planning and execution.,Assist in the training of new staff members to ensure consistent service quality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality or event planning industry.,Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests, vendors, and staff.,Attention to detail to ensure all event aspects are executed flawlessly.,Familiarity with event planning software and tools is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.
