📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Managing and supervising a team of sales representatives to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Monitoring and analyzing sales performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Providing regular reports and updates to senior management on sales activities and performance.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Conducting regular team meetings and providing coaching and mentoring to team members.
  • Representing the company at industry events and networking opportunities.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with sales software and tools.
  • Ability to travel frequently for business purposes.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
